Choosing machines and menus

All four models are offered for event rental, subject to availability. Our team will recommend a model and menu to suit the number of guests, the type of event and the venue’s requirements, and will check machine availability for your event date.

All four machines brew from coffee beans, with a choice of 100% Arabica or an Arabica–Robusta blend from northern Thailand.

• If you need fresh milk: CaféMatic 2 supports fresh milk, with an optional milk fridge. Saeco Incanto has an integrated milk carafe for cappuccino and latte macchiato.
• For drinks made with powdered ingredients: Saeco Rubino 200 and Macas MACES4C brew coffee from beans and use powdered ingredients. They have no fresh-milk system.

Ingredients and supplies such as dairy milk powder, chocolate powder, Thai tea powder, fresh milk, green tea powder, cups and stirrers can be arranged according to the machine, the menu and the agreed package.

Preparing the venue

Before installation, our team will coordinate with the event organiser on where the machine will stand, the power supply, the water source and the venue’s access requirements, to suit the machine and the venue.

Service during the event

Choose self-service, or on-site staff as agreed, with the service hours and scope set to suit your event.

Delivery, installation, ingredient quantities, machine cleaning, on-site staff and deposits depend on the agreed service and are set out in your quotation.

Planning time

We recommend contacting us at least one week before your event, so we can plan the machines, ingredients and service schedule. If your event is sooner, you are welcome to contact us to check availability first.
